PH Bida Terms and Conditions — Rules Every Player Should Know

1. Introduction

Welcome to PH Bida. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and PH Bida ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and gaming platform accessible at https://phbida.best.

2. Eligibility

To register and use PH Bida, you must meet all of the following conditions:

PH Bida reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be under the legal minimum age, their account will be closed immediately, all bets will be declared void, and any deposits made will be returned to the payment method used — but winings will not be paid out.

3. Account Rules

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one PH Bida account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all accounts being suspended and all balances being forfeited pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide truthful and complete information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Using a false name, another person's identity, or fictitious details is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under Philippine law.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your PH Bida login credentials confidential. Never share your password with anyone, and never allow another person to access your account. PH Bida will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account if you have shared your credentials or failed to take reasonable security precautions.

3.4 Account Verification

PH Bida may request KYC (Know Your Customer) documents at any time, including government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawals may be held pending verification. Accounts that fail verification within a reasonable period may be suspended.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

PH Bida accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at PH Bida is ₱100. Most e-wallet deposits are reflected instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to a few hours depending on the payment provider. PH Bida does not charge deposit fees on its end, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

All deposited funds must be used for legitimate betting activity. PH Bida monitors transactions for suspicious patterns and reserves the right to investigate and restrict accounts where unusual deposit behaviour is detected.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 10minutes of approval. InstaPay and PESONet transfers may take up to a few hours. Bank account withdrawals may take one to two business days depending on the receiving institution.

PH Bida does not charge withdrawal fees. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Players must withdraw to a payment method they have previously used to deposit. PH Bida may require additional verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on PH Bida are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP, symbol₱). If a deposit is made in a different currency through your payment provider, the conversion will be handled by that provider at their applicable rate. PH Bida is not responsible for exchange rate differences applied by third-party payment processors.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on PH Bida are final once confirmed. A bet is considered confirmed when you receive a bet confirmation and the transaction appears in your betting history. PH Bida does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in the circumstances described in Section 5.3.

The minimum bet amount for any single selection is ₱50. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, competition, and market type. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be changed at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Odds and Market Changes

All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. PH Bida reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors — known as "palpable errors" — and to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds. In such cases, the stake is returned in full. What constitutes a palpable error is determined solely by PH Bida.

5.3 Postponed, Abandoned, and Void Events

If a sporting event is postponed before it starts, pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled to take place within24 hours of the original start time, in which case bets may be carried over at PH Bida's discretion. If an event is abandoned during play and cannot be completed within 24 hours, bets are voided and stakes returned unless a sufficient portion of the event has been completed for a result to be determined under the applicable sport's specific settlement rules.

5.4 Live Betting

In-play bets are subject to the same general rules as pre-match bets. Due to the real-time nature of live betting, there may be a short delay between the on-field event and the market update. Bets placed during this delay window may be voided if the event outcome was already determined at the time of bet placement. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

5.5 Parlay and Combination Bets

If one or more selections in a parlay are voided, the bet is recalculated with the remaining valid selections at their confirmed odds. A parlay of two selections where one is voided becomes a single bet. Parlays require a minimum of two valid selections to be treated as combination bets.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

PH Bida offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, enhanced odds, and the Refer a Friend programme. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device unless stated otherwise.
• PH Bida reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time, including before its stated expiry date.
• Bonus funds are separate from cash balance and must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the promotion's terms. Unfulfilled bonuses expire automatically.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate a bonus — including through multi-accounting, bet hedging, or systematic low-risk wagering — will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account reviewed.

6.2 Refer a Friend

The Refer a Friend programme at PH Bida rewards you for inviting your barkada to join the platform. Both you and your referred friend may be eligible for a reward once the referred player registers, verifies their account, and meets the qualifying activity requirements set out in the programme terms. Refer a Friend rewards are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on PH Bida and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potentially referal to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under the legal minimum age.
• Registering more than one account or accessing another player's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information.
• Using the platform to launder money or to process the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, exploit pricing errors, or manipulate platform performance.
• Coluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.

• Attempting to exploit system errors, glitches, or technical faults for financial gain.

PH Bida reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, particularly in cases involving suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or activity that poses a regulatory or reputational risk. In such cases, balances may be withheld pending investigation. Players will be informed of account closure and the reason where legally permissible.
